I have check the user permission ,user have SUPER Permission
But still have the error in general Journal to that user

you could check the following
1 ask user to log out and back to BC, then try again
2 verify user is set up as super in the same company as the one user is trying to post
3 if above doesn't work, try use record permission by referencing to below post

One other option not yet mentioned - is check in Users list, if the user has been assigned a FULL User license. Could be that he has a Team Member license - which limits his permissions even though he has SUPER permission set.
I would also added to check and make sure the account to which it is posting is not blocked. You can prevent direct posting by turning on disallow direct posting.
