MS CRM 2013 integration with Outlook web application

Hi All,

I need help to integrate outlook web based  with ms crm 2013. How can i create addin or plugin that will integrate Outlook web and CRM. Is there any app or solution available for free.

    Hi

    I am not entirely sure if I fully understood your requirement but if you are trying to integrate CRM 2013 with Outlook, you wont be able to do so in outlook web app.

    You can however, install outlook desktop client and install Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013 for Microsoft Office Outlook.

    Dynamics 365 App for Outlook (the modern app) supports Outlook Web Application but you will have to upgrade your CRM to V9.

    I have installed CRM for Outlook desktop. But want to setup with Outlook web application with ms crm 2013 onpremise version.
