Trial Balance Report Missing Information When Printing to PDF

It was brought to my attention that when staff print the Aged Trial Balance Report to PDF, some of the data that's shown on the screen output is lost.  Any ideas as to why this would be occurring?  And, how do I fix it (if possible)?

In the example shown below, there are other vendors that are between the CONI003 vendor and the "1 Voucher(s) Due".
