Setting Goals Target Account wise in dynamics CRM

Hello

We have a requirement wherein we need to set up goal target for each account/customer. I am new to CRM and not able to understand if there are around 100 accounts in the system so do we need to create all the goal target for 100 accounts.

Hi Shraddha,

To whom you are setting the goal for? Usually, the goal is set to a CRM users like Sales Rep, Tech support etc. and sometimes, a goal is set to a Non-CRM user as well like an Account/Contact. I believe you ask asking about the later one, in that case, separate Rollup Query has to be created for the Account/Contact with its own filter conditions.

If you have categorized the Account/Contact with a custom field like an AccountType or AccountRegion or something else, you can create a query for those specific AccountType or AccountRegion. If you don't have any aggregation like that, as far I know, you have to create separate goals for each Non-CRM users.
