Are there official recommendation on the minimum bandwidth and/or latency for working with BC SAAS ?

Regarding bandwidth requirement for Microsoft business central cloud There is no official requirements listed by Microsoft as such. How ever I have read Internet connection latency is under 100 milliseconds, and the bandwidth per user is 2 Mbps for download and 0.5 Mbps for upload or higher.
