Displaying Monthly Trends using Charts

Hi,

I have created charts in CRM to capture monthly trends of contact activity. Everything works great, except when the chart uses a graph to display the monthly trends, the graph excludes any months with the sum = 0. Therefore, the chart does not provide an accureate representation of the activity trend.

Is there any way to adjust the settings so that the graph will always include and display ALL months, even those with a sum count = 0.

Please help. Reference attached image if required (image is supposed to display monthly results for last 18 months, it should display months even with sum = 0 in the graph, not just the 7 months with a results).

Thanks,

aDel

There is really no way to do this out of the box...I would probably look into creating a record each month automatically for the months that don't have any records, since it is only 1, it would look like a zero on the graph.
