Good day,

Is it possible out of the box to have a Release/Reopen functionality on Warehouse Receipts, like Warehouse Shipments have (or POs/SOs) have?

I don't think so, but you can do it with customization and developing extensions.

Unfortunately, as Mohamed mentioned, there are no standard features.

In the Warehouse Receipt Header, there is only the Document Status field that manages whether the items have been received, which is automatically updated.

for warehouse receipts, you can not undo receipt. if something is not correct, you need to complete the transaction and reverse properly.
