We are using NAV 2015 system, and i am doing some research on how to implement our NAV 2015 system as a database to a new customer web portal? Would wonder are there any API for the NAV system? If so, how can i enable it?
No, NAV 2015 doesn't have API but you can use the SOAP web services or OData Services. Please refer below

Thank you for your reply. What is the difference between API and SOAP or ODATA? Also, if NAV 2015 migrates to Microsoft 365 Bussiness Center, can we have API or a way to integrate those data to my own developed website or web portal?
Yes, if you upgrade to latest version of Business central then you will have access to API but you need to check if the current list of API and based on your requirement you might have to develop custom API , there are lot of resources on the web which will explain the difference between those three, please do a quick google search on that.
