Hi.

How can I make Email, Address etc. fields from Order take information from the selected Customer's Email, Address etc fields?

You want to copy these values to Order or you just want to show these on order?

if you want to copy, run a workflow and copy values from contact to order.

If you want to just show those values on order, then create a quick view of contact with those fields and add it to order.
