The folks at IBIS are top notch. I would still suggest reaching out to several partners, and meeting with them to discuss their approach to the upgrade process, there experience with any 3rd party applications you might have in place, and what their budget would be for the project.

One client we recently upgraded had no partner when they started the process, and cast a wide net to identify a good fit for their organization.  There were some differences in approaches, some consideration given to team fit, and my understanding is, the estimates varied substantially.

Thanks Harry, appreciate the compliment.  Bottom line mgrago, there are many very competent partners available.  Have you made a checklist of what you desire in a partner?  Some companies like a geographically local partner, others have a specific expertise they're seeking in a partner (like Payroll, Project Accounting, etc).  Interview a number of partners before you make your final selection.  Good luck.

    Hi

I have nothing to gain personally from this comment - but I would say as a partner in New Zealand - I would also be looking at who contributes to this forum.

People on here help each other out and are not afraid to ask questions if they hit something that stumps them and are continually improving their own knowledge.

Based on the quality of answers that happen in this forum, you can't go wrong with Frank, Ian, Leslie or Harry - who have all thrown their hats in the ring!

    Good luck with the upgrade.

    Cheers

    Heather

    Hi mgrago!

Besides all the wonderful partners that have posted above, we also have a site called Pinpoint that can assist in looking for a Microsoft Partner based on what you need.

    pinpoint.microsoft.com/en-US

I hope this helps in your search!
