Hi everyone,

We are facing some issues that I cannot understand their origin, and we need to find a solution as quickly as possible.

I don't understand why we are reaching the API limits in the development environment if we are not using it and all the flows are turned off.

Can someone shed some light on this?

The first screen is from the development environment and the second one from the production environment.

I would like to understand why we are encountering this problem in the development environment so that I can also intervene in the production environment.

Thank you in advance.

    Hi,

Do you have KingswaySoft integrated with the environment, maybe for data extracts or reports?

    Hey!

Those are two different reports. The first one shows only the type of request being done and that you've reached 100%. The second one might be more usefull (if you can get it for the dev environment). It will show the users running those requests.  And based on this, you can search for:
    - SDK Processing steps running with those users
    - SDK Processing steps where the Impersonating user are the ones shown on the report

It might be that your Workflows are disabled, but you have several plugins running (and those are the ones fully doing the API requests)

Here is an example of the dev environment on November 29th.
Where can I see the list of SDKs that are currently running?

As for Kingswaysoft @Anthony Blake, yes only in the prod environment do we use KingswaySoft SSIS to synchronize some data from (and to) the CRM.
