CRM 2013 Email Router - No Data

I installed the email router (CRM 2013, Exchange 2010) and it seems to be OK but when I click "Load Data" on the "Users, Queues and Forward Mailboxes" tab of the Email Router Configuration Manager, I don't get any users.  I don't get any error messages, either, so I don't know what the issue is.  I verified that I can access CRM through the configured URL fine without being prompted for credentials (I didn't specify a port because I assumed that it would use the default.  Am I supposed to specify a particular port?).   The configuration published fine with no error or warning messages as well.  Any thoughts?

    Try turning the email router tracing on and it might be able to give you some more information.

    Hi there,

    The fact that you can't load users means that your router configuration is not OK and you need to review both incoming and outgoing profiles.

    More details is required in order to be able to find a clue for the issue that you have so Matthew's suggestion can help you start looking at what went wrong.

    Also port numbers can be important if you have SSL connections. moreover the settings on the CRM web app for the users mailboxes, forwarding mail box (if there is one), mail box settings in CRM, Email Profile, etc. should be reviewed.

    So to start with, I suggest that you provide screen shots for your incoming/outgoing profiles, Deployments from your router configuration manager.

    Thanks, Matthew.  There appears to be some problems in the Microsoft world so I can't access their websites but I will have a look when they are back online.

    This is the part I am referring to:

    It is simply empty.  As I mentioned, I verified access to the CRM server so it can't be a network error (plus I am not getting an error, just no data).  I probably missed something but I can't see at this point what it is.

    I should also mention that I don't have any outgoing profiles yet.  I just installed the router this morning and I am working my way through it.  Would the lack of an outgoing profile cause any issues?

    If you don't have a complete incoming and outgoing profile set up and then assigned to A CRM instance, you're not going to see anything there, because there's nothing to see.

    Set up your profiles, attach them to a CRM instance, and then you'll actually start pulling data from your systems to test.

    Interesting.  I tried to create an outgoing profile but it won't let me click OK unless I select the "option" to agree to "share data from the configured email system with Microsoft Dynamics CRM".  Is that standard?
