Live Chat tools with Dynamics CRM Onpremises

We need to integrate Live Chat tool with Dynamics CRM On-Premises. Please suggest me options available in market. I know we can get this functionality with Parature but that's only restricted to CRM online. Thanks in advance.

for within your organisation Yammer is a great live chat and collaboration tool

However i believe your looking for something more like what clickdimensions provides a Live Chat Feature with the Website integration for crm

Hi UCG, I'm guessing you're after a Chat tool with actual integration with Dynamics CRM, yes? I.e. bi-directional, real integration. It looks like ClickDimensions just uses a particular third party chat tool and tracks page views.

I'm also looking around for the what might be the best option in this area. There are a few that do discuss standard integrations:

Hi UCG,

If you're looking for live chat including video call, and cobrowsing then going with Tagove would be the better option. As Tagove offer easy to integrate option with just a few steps. You could look guideline here www.tagove.com/.../microsoft-dynamic and it can be done within 2 mins. This software works on both on-premise and online.

Live Assist from CafeX integrates nicely with Dynamics 365. Providing web chat, content engagement campaigns and other features like co-browse etc. (Plus other features like BOT integration and soon voice / video.)

However it is normally an online only product. (Sorry)

BUT ..... I think you may benefit from speaking to CafeX anyway. They might still be able to assist.

If you have simpler chat requirements you may also want to look at the addins available from PowerObjects. As they offer PowerChat. I haven't actually tried but I believe that might work on-premise.
