Dear folks
All the necessary setup is done for the intercompany transaction but works only some times. Majority of the times the transaction remains in Intercompany Inbox even though Auto Accept Transaction is enabled on the Intercompany Partners.
Scenario:
Create a Sales Order for the IC Customer. When shipped the Sales Order, the order is automatically transferred based on the Intercompany Setup. We have enabled the Auto Accept Transaction for the IC Partners on the other company. Most of the time the transaction not accepted and sits in the Inbox transaction itself. Later manually we have to accept and do the necessary action.
Finding difficulty in debugging also because of the activity performed through task scheduler.
Does anyone have the same issue? Is there a problem in Task Scheduler?
Any suggestions would be highly appreciated!!
