Is there a way to select item tracking code automatically by system when we do negative adjustment in Item journal?

No, you have to tell the system what item tracking no. batch / serial no. that is missing in your inventory.

You will need to specify it.

Isn't it dangerous if the BC suddenly take random serial/lot ? You will have a lot of discrepancy between BC and your warehouse.

You can customize it, but be careful when doing this.
