General Batch Workflow

I created the workflow, sent the approval request, "Accepted" but the General Jornal still shows "Imposed restriction" and I can't Post the General Journal, see below ( I tried changing multiple things and it's always showing the same thing)

    In your screenshot, the event that when an approval request is approved and pending approvals are 0 is missing the response to remove the record restriction. For example, here is what the standard general journal batch approval workflow looks like. You can add this workflow to your set up and take a look at it:

    Based on the screenshot provided, I suggest checking three areas to ensure the workflow is being triggered correctly.
     
    1. Workflow table
    2. Approval user setup
    3. approval entries
