Can't access the extension marketplace

Hello everyone,

I'm trying to access the extension marketplace in business central, but when i click on the page in the menu, I only get a blank page with nothing displayed.

I'm using business central on a web browser

Is this normal, or is there anything i could do to access the marketplace ?

Hi, it looks like you are using the On-Premises version of Business Central?

I tried the SaaS and On-Premise versions, and both can open the access the marketplace.

SaaS:

On-Premises:

Is the server not connected to the network?
