Resolution Type option set not updating with new values, Urgent!

Hi,

So I have an issue we have to update the resolution type on the case resolution, however, despite publishing a number of times I am not seeing the additional values we have added under NFF despite NFF having been added itself a couple of days ago.

And advice is appreciated as this is now an urgent update

To add further to this, below marked 1 is the status reason resolved section of the case which does not match the list displayed, however, marked 2 is the resolution type on the case resolution entity, which had user management and NFF and these appeared but the rest of the added values after NFF below do not show (see screenshot above).

    Assuming you have done a "Publish all Customisations" without success, the other thing worth doing is to clear cache from the browser you are using just in case there is anything in there that is holding onto the old set of values.

    I found the issue, helps if I read Microsofts articles in full

    If you change the value in Case entity, be sure to update the value in Case Resolution entity so they match. If the values don't match, an error might be thrown. If the values don't match in the customizable dialog, the values that you specified won't display.
