Hey guys,

I have been using SideKick as a tool to track my outgoing emails. Is there a product that is similar to SideKick that can be integrated well with Microsoft CRM Dynamics?

SideKick works well with Outlook and SalesForce, however I need it to work well with Microsoft CRM Dynamics

    Why don't you use the Outlook plugin for CRM? Then you track the emails right within OUtlook and they will sync to the accounts in CRM.

    I am using CRM for outlook but that does not allow me to check how many people opened my email when I send it out. Sidekick has that ability, but I can't use that with CRM

    Ahh, makes sense now.  I would suggest “Click Dimensions” as an add-on, it will give you the analytics you are looking for.

    you could use Dynamics Marketing. If that is not an option I would also suggest Click Dimensions as well.

    Hi,

    you could use Inxmail for that.

    It's a bulk mailing tool and can be connected to CRM with a CRM connector developed by PRO MX.

    Allows email tracking, plain text vs HTML mails, landing pages, bounce management, personalized pdf files, variables in email a.s.o.

    Email can e replicated to CRM and stored as closed activity at the customer.

    I can recommend several tools but I would suggest that you should check vocus.io/.../ this article because it describes the best tools for email tracking with their features
