Update users from Microsoft 365 not working for me.

Hi,

After adding new users to License & Security Groups, I was running "Update users from Microsoft 365".

This process is running around 3 hours and showing the new/updates but at the end it is completing with message "0 out of XX updates been applied in Business Central. You can close this guide".

But this is working only for one Admin.

Any idea what permissions I am missing? or how to debug this issue?

Also, can we schedule "Update users from Microsoft 365" program to run every week to apply the changes every week? OR what is the best practice?Update-Users.docx

Are you using SUPER BLANK permissions? I always use SUPER permissions with company = blank when I run update users.

Have you assigned the individual users the correct licenses?

Hi, I have not encountered this problem.
But if you have sufficient permissions and the correct license is assigned, and the problem persists, it is recommended to submit an SR to Microsoft for them to assist in the investigation.

In addition, the BC21 Release Plan has the following new feature, I am not sure whether it is related to this problem.
