I am working with a new customer that is currently on GP 2010 SP4 and looking for end of year tax table updates. Given that the product is in Extended Support, how can we get this tax file for them? We are actively discussing an upgrade project but they need this update first. Thanks.

Mainstream Support gets the YE updates and tax updates, extended support does not.

Microsoft Dynamics GP 2010:
Mainstream Support for Microsoft Dynamics GP 2010 will end on 10/13/2015 which means that at that point in time, you will no longer receive tax and year end updates. Microsoft Dynamics GP 2010 will then move into Extended Support until 10/13/2020.
That being said, if you know what the rates and changes are, you can update them manually through the Payroll Tax Setup window (Tools >> Setup >> System >> Payroll Tax. But if there were any code changes on how things calculate then those would not be included.
Maybe someone was in a similar situation and can provide the exact changes needed.
