Here I am trying to Synchronize Schema Changes with validation but I am getting error like "OperationalWithSyncFailure".

Here I am attaching one image what I am getting when I tried to synchronize. Please share something that is related to this problem or please give some suggestions to get rid of it.

Hi,

Please take a backup of the db first.

After that you can compile the object with Force option and then try again

Hi, It looks like the structure of the table has changed and it doesn't allow you to synchronize.

You can run Check-only as it suggests.

But I doubt, only Force will work. Unless you restore the modified table.
