Purchase Order Approval Workflow- PO raiser does not receive an email notification once the PO is approved.

Hi All,

I need your support to resolve this issue in UAT where the PO is approved, PO raiser is not notified with an email. ( Approver receiving emails to approve)

Currently, I set up as below,

Workflow- 

When an event - An approval request is approved- >0- Send approval request for the record and create a notification.

Notification set up - Approval ' instantly. ( email)

Email account - SMTP 

TIA

    Hello Marlon, 

    Could you please try with the following setup?

    For Workflow Event: An a approval request is approved add the Response: "Create a notification for 1%" - enable Notify Sender and choose Notification Entry Type = Approval:

    You can add this response for On Condition Pending Approvals > 0 and in that case a notification will be sent to the Sender for every approval sent to a possible new approver or you can add this response for On Condition Pending Approvals = 0 and this way the sender is only notified once the document is finally approved.

    Note: the setup above is not available in NAV Versions.
