Dynamics App for Outlook seems to work for Desktop not OWA

Trying to get Dynamics 365 Adding for Outlook setup. When using the outlook windows application it seems the Addin works

but clicking on the name/addin link, it just loads

Trying to use OWA in any browser execpt IE, it brings up the login screen and then says "working" then just a white screen

Driving me crazy, so if anyone has any ideas then I'm open. It also never shows up on the outlook ios app at all. on-prem 8.2.16

Firstly, you can clear cache of the browser to test again.

Then you can check if the following prerequisites are met:
