Is there a type of license to use only the sales?I read pdf about types of licence but it is too complex,please help me?

Yes, there are specific license for Sales. Refer below-

I have heard that licence pricing are getting changed very frequently so if you need to know the price, its better to contact Microsoft Sales directly or through some partner.

Yes, there is 2 types of license to use Sales only module
1. Dynamics 365 Enterprise for Sales
2. Dynamics 365 Sales Pro (With some limited features)

In our system, 2 licenses are defined.There are Dynamics 365 Ent Edition Plan 1 for CRM and Dynamics 365 Ent Edition Plan 1 for CRMO.Which one should i use?Is it necessary in bothor should I cancel them and switch to the types of licenses you call?
Yes you can use Dynamics 365 Ent Edition Plan 1 as this has access to all the Apps available as on today for Customer Engagement like Sales, Service, Project Service, Field Service, etc...
