permissions for Create Child Cases Button

Hi, our customer wants to disable the ability to create child cases for their agents. I cannot see the button using Ribbon Workbench and because of that, I cannot customize it. Is there any supported way to do this? Any setting in the security roles?

Below image is from the Ribbon workbench and 'Create Child Cases' button is available in it. You can disable this button.
