Feature does not appear in feature management

Hello Experts,

I see that some of the features does not appear in the feature management. Or at least I can not find them. For example : in VS, I can see find feature 'SourceDocumentBalanceProviderIncludeAdjustmentAmount' when I am debugging. But I do not see this feature in the front end or in backend tables. I am sure this is not related configuration as well as this feature is linked to module : subledger. There was another feature 'ExchangeRateFromPreviousDayFeature' for which I had same issue when I was working in 10.0.30. But now I can see this feature in Feature management as well as in back end tables. When do these feature start to appear in front end? Is it possible to disable it?

I have checked in versions 10.0.31 and 10.0.34.

What value does SourceDocumentBalanceProviderIncludeAdjustmentAmount.FeatureStage() return in your versions?

I see PublicPreview in 10.0.35, but maybe it's still in private preview in 10.0.34.
