Bug CRM Workflow - Unable to Set Properties on the Multiple Entity Forms in a Workflow Editor.

Hi Team,

I have two Forms for a Case Entity in CRM,

I was trying to update the field values based on some conditions but what i found its, I can just Set Properties for only default form. I am not getting the options to select multiple forms in the Workflow Step.  As i have two different Forms and each form has different fields . I have a work around to add the fields in the default form and visible false and set the properties.  But posted here to know if we have a direct solution for this or is it a limitation from Dynamics CRM.

Thanks & Regards,

Awad.

    Hi,

from my point of view it was always the case. You always needed to add the fields on your default form in order to have access to it in your workflow customization.

    Hi Awad,

Guillaume Domont is correct. The workflow will show the default form.

However, all the fields which are not part of the form are available in the form (in workflow editor) under Additional Parameters section.

So you can set the value of the field in the Additional Parameters. Refer screenshot below:
