Position hierarchy reports order

Lets imagine that i have this position hierarchy in my d365 Finance and Operations:

Pos3 reports to Pos 2, Pos 2 reports to Pos 1

Is there a way to make Pos 3 report immediately to Pos 1 while Pos 2 is in /Open Position/ status?
