As I mentioned in title,
Pos register shut down automatically when customer screen(net display) is operating in window 8 OS.
It's okay to operate only Pos register in window 8 OS.
but it doesn't work properly when customer screen(net display) is operating in window 8 OS.
Pos register shut down automatically right after or several transaction after operating customer screen(net display).
Do you know why? please let me know how to do solve.

I have the same question (0)
it could be something with the html pages you are displaying in net display. Net Display control is a stripped down ie 6 browser form. So it could be some newer html or flash, java, etc is causing the display to crash.
I suggest you limit the display to html 4 or older only.
