Hi,

My system is updated to v27 this weekend.

I have defined recuring lines under customer card. What I previously create the sales order before, I maintain the recuring sales and I create the sales order by clicking "Prepare -> Get recurring sales lines" and I get the lines in one click. Then I update the quantity.

But today the screen kept showing "working on it" and not responding the lines when I was doing the same process.

Is it possible the system bug on this function?
I have the same question (0)

I haven't seen this issue before. I suggest uninstalling the third-party extension and trying again.
If the problem persists, you'll have to submit it to Microsoft for a solution.

    Thanks.

    Hello,

After upgrading to Business Central v27, some users have reported that the “Prepare → Get Recurring Sales Lines” function hangs with the “Working on it” message and doesn’t return lines, which appears to be a potential bug introduced in this version.

Common troubleshooting steps include clearing personalization and cache, testing with a new recurring template, checking background tasks, and reviewing event logs.

If the issue persists, Microsoft recommends opening a support case, as similar problems have been acknowledged as possible defects.

It’s very likely a third-party extension or customization issue. Try disabling custom extensions or testing in a clean sandbox.

    Hi,

The “Get Recurring Sales Lines” function is standard and should populate lines immediately. If it hangs on “Working on it,” it usually indicates a regression in the new version.
Report to Microsoft and for the time being, create the order manually or copy recurring lines from a template until Microsoft releases a fix.

    Thanks
    Rishabh
