Is  it possible t create a Dashboard  like this  ?

or is it possible to get the  total count or leads in the organization at-least?

    Hi Nijo,

why dont you create a new custom dashboard?

you also can create a custom view in lead entity which can be used in your new dashboard.

    hi

according to you second question you can do this:

    * Use SQL query to SSRS Custom report,

    1. Make one custom Chart - report in SSRS Bulder

    2. you can write any SQL useing CRM FilteredView, (Use only Filteredviews in your SQL do not use CRM tables).

3.Import that SSRS Custom report to CRM.

    4.Get the URL of report.

5.Add one I-Framae on dashboard, set the report URL to I-frame. (Make sure you unchecked cross script check box)

so you will have dashboard, and within dashboard you will have ifrmae, within iframe you will have your report, and report will have chart.

    Hi Hamzeh Zawahreh,

Mine is an online account, so I cannot   use SQL query.

I need to show the total number of leads  in the organization to a user who has only User level privilege  on leads,

    Hi Nijo,

The problem here is the user impersonation, from user level permission you won't get this details. Again not sure if you will be able to get it in SOAP through impersonation, but you can develop a silverlight web resource and there you can do this, you can impersonate user and count all leas in system and then if you want you can show this silverlight control over dashboard as well.

Or you can follow old way that was used to show count of view total through plugin (the same where you can impersonate user), check this old post: a33ik.blogspot.ae/.../supported-record-counter-for-microsoft.html

you need to upgrade this code.

    Thanks
