Any recommendations from your past project implementations in terms of mobile device for barcode scanners (i.e., mobile computers) to manage receipts, inventory, and shipments. Thanks in advance.

Officially, WMS mobile device APP supports any device that supports one of the below OS:

Windows 10 (Universal Windows Platform [UWP]) Fall creators update 1709 (build 10.0.16299) or later

Android 4.4 or later

It is really depending on your budget and needs (and environment!), but I have found Zebra to be an absolutely solid choice for _challenging_ environments (and users) for many years. But, they certainly are not inexpensive.
