New activity dropdown relevance filter showing 'No Options Available'

Following the release wave 1 update this year we're having issues with all Activities missing from a sub-grid 'New Activity' button dropdown - it just says "No Options Available".

I've turned the setting off in the Environment settings and all activities are visible again, but with the setting on no activities are listed (core or custom):

We've raised the issue with Microsoft support but I just wondered whether anyone else had experienced a similar issue. All activities are included in the App.

This is the detail from Microsoft: learn.microsoft.com/.../new-activity-dropdown-show-only-relevant-activities

Kind regards,

Matt

You can turn of this new feature from your Power Platform Admin center.

    Hi Saeid,

    Thanks for your reply.

Yeah I've tried turning it off, which works fine, but as it's quite a useful feature (we restrict activity types) I wanted to try and see whether anyone had had similar issues and had a solution. Microsoft have come back to us and are working with some scripts to try and fix the issue - so feels like it's a bug rather than issue with our setup.

    Kind regards,

    Matt

In case anyone else gets this issue, we had to ask Microsoft to look into it and they ended up rebuilding the metadata for the ribbons on the affected forms/tables - so not something you are likely to be able to resolve yourselves easily.
