Linking CRM support cases to a ticker in a Dynamics Account so it updates how many cases each account has

Basically I want to do what the subject says. So every time a case is created I want it to update a Case Count field that's in the company account form.

    Create a Rollup field on Account entity and show count of cases in this field. Below are screen shots for your help.

    Hi

    As suggested above, you have to create a roll-up field on Account to do the counting.

    The roll-up fields will not update instantly, the minimum interval you can set to refresh the count is 1 hour. If you want this count to be updated instantly, you could create a real-time workflow on Case Create and use the following Custom Workflow Activity to update the count instantly
