Hi Pradeep,
Per MIcrosoft, you need to have the Field Service, Project Service or Customer Service apps in order to use the Universal Resource Scheduling.

So, if we assume that a client has one of PSA, FSA or Customer Service modules and they have just one Universal Resource Scheduling license, that means they can use booking functionality on any custom entity and users who have access to this custom entity can use booking functionality and can view the schedule board to see his tasks. Is that what you mean?
By the way, is there a separate Universal Resource Scheduling license? I was thinking Universal Resource Scheduling comes with PSA or FSA.
