Consolidated Financial Statements

I know that you can create consolidated financial statements in Business Central, by creating a separate consolidation company of some sort.
 
Can you create such consolidated reporting if you have Binary Stream's Multi Entity Management or would you, in that case, need a financial statement report writer other that what Business Central offers out of the box?

    Hi, sorry, I don't know much about Binary Stream's Multi Entity Management you mentioned.
    But generally for new customers, Finance Reports need to be created manually.
    If that's not enough, there are many customers using Power BI and Excel layout. As long as the data you mentioned can be obtained.
     
    Hopefully other experts can give you better advice.

    With Binary's stream's MEM, all your companies are in the one company in BC and separated transactionally by the company code on every entry. Therefore, you are already consolidated. If you have other companies, and you desire is to see all the companies details in the a new consolidated company and you need to make sure that you consolidate the company code dimension so that all companies within each BC company consolidate. It is also possible to take all companies in CO#1 and combine then, combine all the companies in CO#2 and consolidate them so that the consolidated company only shows two companies.
