Merge Cases in Queue Item List View

I am looking for a way to merge a Cases in the queue Item view, as well as in the Case List view using the merge button. 

It is possible to get a Merge Button in the Queue Item View ?

my customer only wants to work via the queue Item View and not switch to the Case View for merging. 

I hope someone has an idea how I can solve this

    Hi Saunussa,

    You will have to create your custom button on Queue item and call action o which you can register your plugin where you can use the same functionality using here : docs.microsoft.com/.../sample-merge-two-records

    until unless someone else here can give other advice ofcourse.

    Hi Rawish,

    Thanks for your answer and suggestion. My Problem is when i create a custom button and trigger my Merge Plugin with Javascript, how can i verify whats the new master Case and the Child Cases ? I need some kind of User Interaction like Dialogs.

    I have try to work with Dialogs for the Customer choose whats the new Master Case and save this Value in a separate Field and start the Plugin. But the Problem is that Dialogs are deprecated and i have no idea how can resolve is with business flows.
