yes but it depends on your webbrowser grammatical check (left side chrome english; right side IE german)
Can you please provide the steps to enable the web browser grammatical check.

I don't find the Spelling Correction checkbox in the Manage Add-ons. (I am using IE 11)
Please follow the below link to install the language pack & then enable it.www.microsoft.com/.../details.aspx
User Ctrl+Right click on the highlighted keyword to get the spelling suggestions from the browser.
