Microsoft Dynamics Office Add-in Error

I use Excel sheet with Miscrosoft Dynamics Office Add-in, it woked before, but start from yesterday I can not  log in to refresh data from BC.  I tried different PC，Location. but still I can not log in to refresh data from BC.  see attached error screenshot. Can anyone help on this? Thank you very much!
