I am running 2POS lane [RMS 2.0 w/ CU5 on Windows 8.1 Pro platform] connected to a stand alone back office computer [Main DB]. All of the computers are connected through LAN. This is the first time happened since we started using the RMS. We got an error when we submitted the EDC batch for only one transaction with message "Technical Error" instead of "Settle". I am working with merchant processor to resolve this issue in case it might have happened due to something from their side. However, I would like to post this here in case someone run into the same issue and it might be RMS related. Please help at your earliest convenience and we would appreciate any help in this regard.
