In Transit Transfer Report

Hi,

Is there a way to print a listing of all Unposted In-Transit-Transfer Documents?

I need to get a listing of all items that were not received.

Background - On a document of 8 items, possibly only 6 were received. I need to print a report to show all the documents that contain these items that were left behind so I can clean them up. These seem to be affecting my allocated stock quantities.

    Hello Ali,

I do not believe that we have an out of the box report that would show this information.  However, the information in the In-Transit Transfer Entry window is stored in the SVC00700 (header), SVC00701 (lines) and SVC00702 (serial or lot #s) when the transaction is entered and saved.  Once it has been fully picked and shipped, then the records are moved to the history tables which are SVC30700, SVC30701 and SVC30702 respectfully.

There are not any existing reports that have that information but you could create your own based on the tables above. This could be done using Report Writer, or SSRS.  Whichever you are more comfortable with.

The other option is a SmartList.  There are not any predefined SmartLists but if you wanted to, you could create your own using SmartList Designer.  The tables needed are in the Field Service dictionary. The tables would be Service Transfer Header and Service Transfer Line for the Work transactions.  Service Transfer History and Service Transfer Line History would be the processed transactions.  The Header and Line tables can be linked together based on the Order Document ID.

Please let me know if that helps!

    Regards,
