This issue occurs when the integration mapping is not correctly aligned with the Document No. in the Sales Line. Please verify if the mapping is set up properly.

You can synchronize all of the data in Business Central and Dataverse/Sales tables that are mapped, you can go to the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales Connection Setup page and choose Synchronization, then select Run Full Synchronization.
