Customer Insight - Exception while fetching data...

Hi All,

Previous day, I can access my Customer Insight environment, but suddenly it throws an error "Exception while fetching data..."

Yes, this is trial version but still active.

And all of my View are missing.

my Customer Insight is connected with Dynamics 365 Online

and I still have a problem with data update here --> https://community.dynamics.com/crm/f/117/t/249215

Does anyone know, why is this happening?

    UPDATE:

    Seems because my credit has been reached the spending limit. So the system disabled my hub so won't make additional cost for me.
