Warehouse Management - Automatic Packing Slip Posting After Shipment Confirmation (Sales Order)

Hi everyone! I am using Warehouse Management for an implementation for one of our customers.

When I confirm the shipment for a transfer order the transcaction status is updated automatically from Picked to Deducted, but when I confirm shipment for a Sales order, the transactions status are not automatically updated.

I was wondering if the packing Slip if posted automatically after confirming the shipment for a Load with only a sales order or do I have to post it manually for the transactions to be updated.

Any ideas?

Thanks in advance!

    Hi Fernando,

You can set up a "Post Packing List" job to run in bulk using an advanced filter to link the shipment to the sales order and filter for a shipment confirmation date equal to (Day(0)). This means that the packing list is automatically generated on the day the order is confirmed for dispatch. This requires us to monitor orders that fail to complete the packing slip job, but if you configure it properly, this is a relatively minor issue. Using a shipping confirmation date means that orders shipped early will not be confirmed until today's shipping confirmation.
