Looking for a way to automatically populate a party field, like a To or Bcc, with all the contacts from a view.

Prior to switching to the UCI, we used to be able to check a box to select all contacts from a view when picking contacts for an email To, Cc, or Bcc field. The check to select all is not available with UCI. I'm looking for a way to automatically populate those fields on load. I can't seem to find any documentation or posts outlining possible ways to do this. Does anyone know of any documentation or suggestions on how to do this?

The scenario is that, on occasion, we need to notify a large number of contacts via email of an issue that may impact them. Our contacts are able to opt in or out for these notifications via a checkbox in the portal. We have a view that list all of the contacts that have opted in. I need to be able prepopulate the address line of an email with all of the contacts on the opted in view.
