Integration Manager - Query Relationships are incomplete or incorrect

I added a new Integration. I added the sources (2) and destination. In the two sources I added the path to the file for import. I refreshed the columns. Said OK. Saved it. There is nothing in the Relationships screen except the PM Header and PM Distrubutions boxes. I get the following error:

[Query Relationships are incomplete or incorrect. Your integration will not run successfully unlss valid relationships are defined. The following problems were found:

- There are multiple queries with no parent -- Query Relationships must result in a single root.

There are multiple queries with no parent -- Query Relationships must result in a single root.]

I don't know why they are not there or how I get them back. I've removed the Sources, saved and then readded them with no luck. Also, the original PM Transaction Integration also doesn't work for the same reason (because I've changed the file import path).

I just tried putting back in the original file path and everything works.

Any suggestions?

You have to establish the relationship between the header and distribution. So if your linking field is DOCNUMBER in both tables simply click and drag that field from header to detail. You do this from the Query Relationship window. This will create the link between these two queries.

Thanks Richard. I understand that part. However, the boxes are empty so there isn't anything to point from and to.

That is partcular! Can you browse the data of these queries? Sounds like something is broken.
