Seeing old batch with old receipts in current batch receipts

Greetings 

After the cashiers sales of 1st October 2022 batch #7629 receipt 377550 I am seeing batch # 7565 august 29 2022 receipt #376120 

showing up in my z report for October 1st.  Is this possible?  If it is how is it done so I may correct it?
