How do I add settings to My App?

I have created a new app in D365 online using powerapps. The site map contains all of the settings and administration from the Dynamics 365 — custom main app.

    However my new app doesn't show the settings subareas such as "customizations" etc even though it's in the site map.  What am I doing wrong?

    Hi Dan,

    Please check any of the below links resolve your issues.

    community.dynamics.com/.../221117

    Also check for your user if you are getting "promote to admin"

    community.dynamics.com/.../dynamics-365-promote-to-admin

    And check if the app is provided permission for system administrator.

    Hi Pramod-

    Thanks for your reply.  I've looked at the articles you've suggested and they don't apply to my situation.

    • I can see the settings and customizations subareas just fine in Dynamics 365 — custom main app
    • I just can't see them in the new app that I've created, even though they are in the site map.
    • I am the System Administrator.

    Do you have any other ideas?
