How to Enable Acquire action on the Fixed Asset Card?

Hi All,

How can I enable the Acquire Action on the Fixed Asset Card? However, I have filled all the necessary field on the Depreciation book fast tab on the fixed asset card.

is there any other setup to do this?

Hi,

Please make sure if Acquired and Budgeted flag is off. And all these fields should be filled.

Could you please tell us how we can check that Acquired and Budgeted flag is off or not?

These fields are on General tab and by default off when you create Fixed Asset from Card. May be you need to show more on the tab to see. Also fill the other fields mentioned in comment above.

Hi,

This field is set by the condition based on your Fixed asset, if you have code access please investigate why its false.

Do you have FA depreciation book?

or

exit(("No." <> '') and (Description <> '') and ("FA Subclass Code" <> ''));

Please check that action's button property.
